I visited the museum specifically for the national geographic exhibit. It was worth the €6 ticket. The museum itself is quite small but has an extensive (be it old and in need of some of repairs) collection of preserved wildlife. Would recommend if you have an hour to spare.
Can comment only the architecture and the park behind. So, the facility is just remarkable, just grandiose. The park behind is charming, but a bit dull. A walk takes around 20, 30 minutes, but it is not decorated in the best way. Still, a nice walk. Lack of time and we didn't go in the museum. Pitty.
3 stars because the Longchamps Palace and the museum building itself are magnificent. The temporary exhibitions are always worth it (recently saw the NatGeo best pictures and it was mind blowing) but the price is too high and the staff looking after the rooms is so noisy and chatty it makes it really hard to enjoy the art.
